Bishop Afonso Eduardo & Pr. Elizabeth Eduardo

Bishop Afonso Eduardo was born in the beautiful region of Bié in Angola, where he grew up surrounded by the richness of African culture. He was raised to understand the importance of community and helping others, values that would later shape his life's work.

In the year 2000, Bishop Eduardo, together with his beloved wife Pastor Elizabeth Eduardo, planted GSSC with the aim of providing food and sharing the gospel with the street people of their community. This was just the beginning of a lifelong passion for helping those in need.

Through his tireless efforts, Bishop Eduardo has become a respected figure in his community, known for his kind heart and unwavering commitment to social inclusion. He has dedicated his life to improving the lives of people, especially African immigrants, who face unique challenges in a new land.

Bishop Eduardo's passion for helping others led him to study theology in London, where he met his wife, who had her own experiences working for an international mission organization called CMS. Together, they have built a life dedicated to serving their community and spreading the message of hope and love to those who need it most.

Today, Bishop Eduardo is actively engaged with government officials, working to improve the lives of those in his community who struggle with poverty and exclusion. He is a shining example of the power of faith and the incredible impact one person can make in the world.
